Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from third parties.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Our mobile applications may be temporarily unavailable during app store updates or maintenance periods.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZhuoSheng HR.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
